Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We do not accept returns of any items purchased.
If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us with your order number & photo of the defective item at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inspect it and if we agree it is defective, we'll issue you a replacement at no cost to you.
We can not replace or refund orders that are lost in transit. We get it, it's not fun to loose an order, but our responsibility is to ship your order. It's the shipping companies responsibility to get it to you. We can't be responsible for something we have no control over and that means we are not able to refund or replace lost orders.
Please be advised, any action that disregards this policy will result in termination from using The Minifig Co's online store permanently.
While we wish we had an all seeing eye, we are not the carrier that delivers your package. Please contact USPS or if another carrier is used, contact them. They will be able to help you. We will only be able to tell you when the tracking number says.
Order processing can take between 3-7 business days.
We utilize an automated shipping label printing service, meaning typically shortly after ordering you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This means the label and picking tickets have been printed and we will pack/ship out the order typically within 3-7 business days.
DOMESTIC (USA) ORDERS
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
First Class & Priority Mail are options during checkout.
First Class will take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
First Class International will take 10 - 56 business days to arrive depending on how fast it clears customs. Most orders arrive within 10 - 14 days.
New orders made after April 6th 2019 utilize UPS Worldwide Express which offers 2 day delivery to Europe and 3 day delivery to Asia.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Free shipping, whether standard Domestic or promotional International offerings, is subject to terms such as minimum per order spending, non-applicable to combined order totals and the discretion/choice of the customer when selecting shipping service options at checkout. The Minifig Co. is not liable for any error in choice of shipping service imposed by the customer and can not change the service after the order has been placed.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.
Refused or undeliverable packages are returned to us, this does not constitute a refund.
In case you'd like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a new shipping fee will be charged.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Stolen packages are responsibility of the buyer.
If the package is marked as 'Delivered' but you still can't locate it, please consider taking these steps - check the area around your residence, check with the members of your household, your neighbors. If still not found, please check with your mailman.
All Priority Mail USA orders are insured for the amount of $50 USD and in case they're lost or stolen, a buyer can submit a claim with USPS.
Order insurance is purchased by you, the customer at checkout via Route. Check the bottom of the screen for the little toggle switch. Turning it on will add a product with the protection fee to your cart. If a issue occurs with lost, damage or stolen package, you must yourself file a claim through the Route app. Do not go through your original payment method for claims.
