By purchasing a product(s) from "The Minifig Co." You here by agree to the following terms:
1. All products purchased are not returnable unless damaged in transit. If damaged in transit, please contact us. (Item must be returned with a copy of the order, all items purchased, and original packaging)
2. We are not responsible for any error made on your part.
3. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need to send a damaged item(s) back, we will create a return label on us. You will be billed before shipment for the shipping to you.
3A: Free shipping, whether standard Domestic or promotional International offerings, is subject to terms such as minimum per order spending, non-applicable to combined order totals and the discretion/choice of the customer when selecting shipping service options at checkout. The Minifig Co. is not liable for any error in choice of shipping service imposed by the customer and can not change the service after the order has been placed.
4. We are not to be held responsible for lost shipments. If an item is lost in transit, please contact your local post office. This includes International Shipments and Domestic Shipments. Please contact us within 90 days from shipment to have us file a lost shipment claim, this way we can get you a refund.
4A: We are not responsible for customs fees & duties, and/or the customers inability to pay these to their respective country including if it ends with the seizing of their parcel before delivery.
5. Any attempt or inference to "chargeback" via your bank a purchase made willingly to The Minifig Co. is considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in a ban from ordering via our store.
By purchasing a product or products from The Minifig Co. , you acknowledge that you can not return the item (s) or receive a refund.
Refund Policy (Prior to shipment):
If an order has been placed via The Minifig Co. online store, all sales are considered final. In rare instances, we may accept cancellations to orders. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if applicable.
Please note that by purchasing a product from us, your name and email is automatically entered into our database and you may receive promotional emails. If in any case you wish to stop those emails, simply click the unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email.
Shipping Policy: (Domestic & International)
We ship all domestic packages via USPS First Class Mail, unless an upgraded option is selected. All domestic shipments will include a tracking number for you to track your order.
We ship all International packages via USPS First Class International Mail, unless an upgraded option is selected. Tracking ability is not guaranteed. Free shipping offers does not apply to international orders. Insurance is included up to $500 for First Class Mail packages.
You agree to be charged for the amount of the order you placed and acknowledge that the items in said order will not ship until the estimated time stated in the product description. Please also be aware that the time estimated for shipment is only an estimate and could change at anytime although this will be unlikely. Custom Order Policy:
You agree that unless expressly stated and have paid fees associated with said request pertaining to a finish, look, color, or style of print/design, that The Minifig Co. LLC is not liable or financially responsible for the final product/design differing from your (the client) point of view. Unless a specific delivery date is agreed upon when placing a custom order, The Minifig Co. LLC is not obligated to complete the order in any specific amount of time. Custom orders without specified delivery date may take up to 24 weeks depending on complexity.
Free Shipping Policy:
The Minifig Co. offers you, the customer, free USPS First Class Mail shipping on your order of greater than $75 USD. If your order fails to be delivered or isn't deliverable, you will be required to send payment of $5.99 USD to The Minifig Co. for reshipment. This policy is exclusive to United States customers only.
"I paid for shipping, but I didn't mean to. Can I get it refunded?"
- Unfortunately, all shipping fees, once paid, can not be reversed.
"I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?"
- We are a business after-all, and aren't keen towards indecision. All sales are final.
