We’ve been offering a “Hold Order” option that lets international customers combine multiple orders into one shipment to save on shipping costs.
Over time, though, we’ve run into confusion at checkout — especially when customers see “free” and assume shipping is included, even though we require the text field to be completed.
To make things simpler and clearer, we’re moving to a code-based system:

Select the $99 Hold Order Shipping option at checkout.

Enter the code HoldShipping to reduce the $99 charge to $0.
Your order will then be held as usual and combined with future orders — without any misunderstanding.
You can still use regular discount codes from rewards in addition to this code.
