Shipping policy

• All orders are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing window. 
• This window does not included service time, which is listed at the checkout under the service option you have selected.
• All larger sets are excluded from free shipping.
• If (1) shipping fee is paid and combined with a free shipping order, no credit is provided. If (2) shipping fees are combined, service is upgraded. If multiple fees combined and no service upgrade, difference provided as store credit only.

To estimate your shipping time:

Processing Time + Service Time = Shipping Time

Please note that in all circumstances, shipping fees are non-refundable.
