Lost Packages (Protected/Unprotected):

  • We will not replace, refund or credit any lost or damaged packages if the customer has not purchased our Superior Shipping Protection plan; or if the order is marked delivered, no refund, credit or replacement will be offered. Protected orders or orders shown to be sent with a defective product, will be replaced or credited.
  • Superior Shipping Protection requires customers wait 30 business days from the last update (not including label creation) before we can execute a package protection credit or replacement.  

Order Refunds, Cancellations & Returns:

  • All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations. Please confirm your order before placing it.
  • We regret to inform you that returns or refusals are not accepted. Refusal or return of a package does not qualify for a refund.
  • If you decide to return a package to us, please be aware that reshipment will require additional postage payment. We cannot offer refunds for returned packages unless reshipment fees are paid.
