Frequently Asked Questions

Congratulations, you're placing an order with us! You've added items to your cart, entered your shipping address (correctly!). Now you've got to choose between PayPal or Credit/Debit card payment. Upon completing your order, you'll be forwarded to your order status page. Please bookmark this page incase you entered your email incorrectly. This will spare everyone confusion later on. 
We do not accept changes/modifications to orders after they are placed. Sorry!
All sales are final, we can not accept cancellations as agreed to in our terms and conditions.

For USA customers, you may enjoy free shipping if you order $75 or more. 

Sorry International Customers, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

If you're ordering through us, we highly recommend creating a TMC account! Why? You'll get access to your order history (always a bonus) and you'll stack up rewards studs.


While we wish we had an all seeing eye, we are not the carrier that delivers your package. Please contact USPS or if another carrier is used, contact them. They will be able to help you. We will only be able to tell you when the tracking number says. 


  • Order processing can take between 10-14 business days.

  • We utilize an automated shipping label printing service, meaning typically shortly after ordering you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This means the label and picking tickets have been printed and we will pack/ship out the order typically within 10-14 business days. 


  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

  • First Class & Priority Mail are options during checkout.

  • First Class will take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.

  • Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


  • Worldwide Economy will take 10 - 12 business days to arrive after we batch ship to a sorting location. Due to COVID-19, we are hearing reports of 2-4 times the normal speed.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are.


  • Free shipping, whether standard Domestic or promotional International offerings, is subject to terms such as minimum per order spending, non-applicable to combined order totals and the discretion/choice of the customer when selecting shipping service options at checkout. The Minifig Co. is not liable for any error in choice of shipping service imposed by the customer and can not change the service after the order has been placed.


  • Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.

  • Refused or undeliverable packages are returned to us, this does not constitute a refund.

  • In case you'd like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a new shipping fee will be charged.


  • Stolen packages are responsibility of the buyer.

  • If the package is marked as 'Delivered' but you still can't locate it, please consider taking these steps - check the area around your residence, check with the members of your household, your neighbors. If still not found, please check with your mailman. 

  • All Priority Mail USA orders are insured for the amount of $50 USD  and in case they're lost or stolen, a buyer can submit a claim with USPS.

  • All International orders are insured via ShipInsurance for their total order value.(not including shipping.) If it has been at least 40 days since the original shipment, please contact us and we will file a claim for reimbursement with ShipInsurance. After 90 days from shipment, we can not file a claim.

If you've placed an order with us, an automated confirmation email is sent to you immediately. Please note it will say "Shipping Confirmation", this does not mean it was shipped, this means a label/packing list is made. Check your tracking at a later time for updates. 

If you did not receive this, 1 of 2 things has happened:

  1. You entered your email incorrectly. You hopefully followed our suggestion above and bookmarked your order status page. If not, please leave a message using the chat popup on the left side of the screen.
  2. The mighty email overlords have bannished the email we sent you to the trash folder. REsque it from their grip by moving it back to your main mail folder.

We print your shipping label in order for us to start processing, please keep in mind our normal processing is 10-14 business days. We are a small team and therefore it takes longer.

If your tracking is not updating yet, even in the event of 2-3 weeks, please do not email us asking for a status update. We will only point you to your tracking page and tell you it's processing/shipped. The tracking page is here to tell you exactly what is happening if updates are available. 

We do not get special information from the shipping companies after it leaves our hand, if it doesn't update that is the issue of the shipping company. We can not assist with that and will not be able to reply to questions about that.

All orders are typically processed & picked up by USPS/UPS within 5 business days. No weekends.

On occasion it may take slightly longer than this. If it's been more than 14 business days with no movement, please drop us a message on the chat popup located on the bottom left of the screen.

UPS Economy Worldwide takes 10-12 days typically for delivery. Delivery is conducted by your local postal service. You will have a more stable tracking experience with this service.

If your tracking is not updating it's one of many possible reasons:

- USPS is experiencing delays or interruptions in service. Please await your packages arrival.

- For International customers, your package may be in customs, this can take a number of days and weeks in some cases. Please await your packages arrival and be prepared for the applicable customs fees associated. 

We understand it's frustrating when your package takes longer to get to you after being picked up by the shipping service, however we can not get any more information than what you have with your tracking. Please do not ask us to provide additional information, we do not have it. 

Studs are usually referred to as those little 1x1 round plates but here they're your ticket to getting free merch, $$$ off your next order or other options.

All the most current ways to earn studs are found in the "Launcher" on the bottom right of the screen.
